Lead and coach a team of 5 Sr. Supply Chain Inventory Optimization Managers whose primary mission is to deploy
innovative business process solutions to help pilot supply strategies and develop advanced inventory modeling capabilities
to optimize our cash while protecting our service level.
• Key stakeholders in inventory management transformation projects: Support cross functional teams with business
process integration initiatives connecting business process experts with advanced digital solutions to optimize
inventory performance, reduce waste and support customer service level.
• Designed and directed a project team that built a global automated inventory performance visualization reporting
tool (Power BI): $3.3B. of inventory captured across 8 BU, 4 Regions and 6 ERP.
• Implemented Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization Initiative across all BD network yielding 10% of net inventory
reduction per year while preserving OTIF performance.
• Enhanced inventory management operating model by constructing and deploying a new inventory management
toolkit sustaining our Supply Chain planning transformation program to support 7 DIOH reduction target.
• Developed automated Global Inventory Performance Analytics: Detecting $400M of overstock and $200M missing
safety stock.
• Transformed E&O process: standardized root causing activities, enhanced analytics and implemented CI routines:
People, Process & Tools targeting $60M P&L impact reduction of waste in FY25.
• Led AI/ML generated demand forecast solution development team matching manual legacy process forecast accuracy
performance of 79.5%.
